1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Ripon Chandro Nath, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer the following professional services:

• E-commerce Strategy and Consulting
• Digital Marketing Solutions
• Freelance Business Services
• Business Development Consultation

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
• 50% advance payment is required before starting any project.
• Remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Project Delivery

We commit to delivering all projects within the agreed timeframe. Delivery times vary based on project complexity and scope. Any delays will be communicated in advance.

⚠️ Client delays in providing required materials may affect delivery timelines.

5. Revisions & Modifications

• Each project includes up to 3 free revisions.
• Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
• Major changes to project scope require new agreement.
• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis:

• No refund after work has been initiated.
• Partial refund may be issued if cancellation occurs within 24 hours.
• Service-related disputes are handled through mutual agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All work delivered remains intellectual property until full payment is received. Once paid, ownership transfers to the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless specified otherwise.

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not share any project details, business information, or sensitive data with third parties without explicit permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

Clients agree NOT to:

• Use our services for illegal or unethical activities.
• Resell our services without permission.
• Attempt to harm our reputation or business.
• Share confidential project information publicly.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for breach of these terms. Clients may also terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to payment for work completed.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
